60 Second “Finisher”
A Finisher is a quick strength exercise or group of exercises that finishes off a workout.
Finishers are not easy.
They typically only last between 60-90 seconds.
Finishers can be performed with one or two simple exercises that if done with the right intensity will create a significant metabolic disturbance.
This metabolic disturbance will have you burning calories for many hours after your workout.
You should feel completely out of breath once you complete your finisher.
Today’s Finisher is a 60-Second Squat and Band Curl combo.
This is a great finisher because it combines the upper and lower body, requires very little equipment and both exercises are very simple yet significantly challenging if done quickly.
Perform as many reps as possible for each interval.
