Most of us hate being interrupted, but sometimes we need to be interrupted when what we are doing is no longer serving us.
Are we spending too much and not putting enough away?
Is our drinking too much and it is impacting our health or relationships?
Might we be eating too much processed food that our doctor is concerned?
Maybe we are not exercising and our blood sugars are creeping up too high?
Could we be hitting the snooze button too many times and not doing what we said we would do in the morning?
Maybe we are putting off a hard conversation, because we don’t know what is on the other side of it.
Consider this email an interruption to the thing(s) that is no longer serving you.
As a health and fitness coach part of my job is to interrupt my clients’ daily routines and replace them with healthier habits and routines.
I may or may not be your coach at the moment, but if you are in a habit, routine or mindset that is no longer serving you, let this email be that interruption to take you another path and build a new habit, routine and or mindset.
