We offer group, semi-private, and one-on-one personal training through the following programs:
Team Transformation Training
A program for the busy adult who doesn’t have time to work out but knows that it needs to happen. These workouts are efficient; you’ll burn tons of calories while building strength and reducing your risk for injury. Plus, we keep the classes fun and inspiring and offer modifications for knee, back, or wrist pain.
Personal Training
If you prefer a more personalized approach or you have a specific goal in mind, then this is the program for you. An experienced and knowledgable coach leads each session in either a Semi-Private (2-4 people) or Personal Training (one-on-one) session.
Female Athlete Speed and Strength Training (FASST)
If your daughter is a competitive athlete, then this program is meant for her. The FASST program is designed to address the unique needs of female athletes. We focus on reducing non-contact knee injuries while guiding female athletes’ nutritional needs and strength training methods.
