Not all bootcamps are run the way I described but unfortunately many are. We started out like the bootcamp I described above but we have grown to a much better service. T3 has continually gotten better over the years and will continue getting better as long as we have clients to train. That is why I have decided it was time for to change the name. If you see a piece of our marketing material with “Bootcamp” on it please let us know.
I honestly believe EVERYONE you know and I know should be training at Pinnacle unless they are already 100% satisfied with how their body moves, looks and feels. We can help anyone on their journey to being healthy and fit. If Pinnacle is not meeting your needs let us know so we can get better.
After School Sports Performance Training
While middle school and high school is in session Pinnacle Performance and Fitness offers two days per week of coaching/training for athletes who are either in-season or out of season. These on hour workouts will develop your athletes mobility, speed, power, strength and conditioning using the latest techniques, technology and systems to ensure safety and effectiveness. We have coached 8 years old on balance, coordination and fun all the way up to professional athletes. If your child has the desire to be great we have the systems that will help him/her get there.
Summer Sports Performance Camps
Our 8-week Summer Sports Performance Enhancement Camps build off of our after school program. During the summer we extend our training from an hour to an hour and a half to work more on movement skills to help your athlete increase their speed as well as spend more time getting your athlete as strong as they possibly can be. We don’t use the typical high school “one size fits all” training programs that either create stiff/immobile athletes who are prone to injure to due a lack of supervision. We use movement based principals to create a balanced athlete that will be stronger, more fit, more powerful and more resilient than they have ever been before.
Pilates is a core strength and stretching method that has been around since around the 1920’s when Joseph Pilates emigrated from Germany to New York City. Long the favorite of the dance community the Pilates method has stood the test of time and is for all bodies male and female. Kate Catlow began her Pilates journey in 1993 and began teaching in 1999. As a self proclaimed body nerd she incorporates many other modalities into her teaching style. Her classes will help you get in touch with your core muscles from the inside out. You will achieve better body awareness, balance as well as improved core strength and flexibility. Kate has a unique way of making the work understandable and fun at the same time!
